Sweta is an experienced physiotherapist dedicated to helping patients overcome pain and restore movement through evidence-based, holistic care. Graduating in India in 2008, she developed extensive clinical expertise across both the public and private sectors, treating complex musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and pediatric and adult neurological cases, including traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries.

After relocating to Hong Kong, she earned her Master’s degree in Manipulative Therapy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2016. Her practical skill set integrates certified ISST／Asklepios Schroth method therapy for scoliosis, clinical Pilates, acupuncture, and clinical research in women’s health.

Sweta believes that lasting recovery requires addressing physical pain alongside emotional well-being, empowering her patients to make sustainable lifestyle changes. Outside the clinic, she maintains her own active lifestyle through hiking, swimming, and Tai Chi.
