Silvia is a Chinese-Australian physiotherapist who graduated from The University of Sydney in 2006. She has since worked in a private practice setting in Sydney, and has been assessing and treating a variety of patients. She also worked closely with athletes and has provided physiotherapy coverage for a local rugby team. In 2010, Silvia completed her Master’s Degree in Manual Therapy at The University of Western Australia. This broadened her knowledge to provide expert diagnosis and current evidence based treatments for all musculoskeletal conditions.

Professionally Silvia is interested in identifying functional / biomechanical deficits and correcting these issues to manage pain and prevent recurrent injury. She is also interested in the cervico-thoracic and lumbo-pelvic regions, shoulder dysfunction and muscle recruitment patterning. She implements a number of treatment methods, such as acupuncture, muscle energy techniques, visceral release (organ and fascia release) and Pilates to help her clients to improve function / performance and return to pre-injury level as soon as possible.

Silvia is a sports enthusiast and is involving in swimming, running and badminton.
