Joyce Chung

Joyce graduated from the University of Exeter in 2018, studying sports and exercise science. Subsequently, she gained her qualifications in Physiotherapy at Brunel University in 2021. She has spent 2 years working in one of the busiest acute hospitals in London, rotating through a wide range of specialities including orthopaedics, intensive care unit, stroke rehabilitation, and outpatient Musculoskeletal service.

 

From 2022 to 2025, Joyce worked in an extremely bustling community outpatient department, focusing on providing personalised treatment to complex musculoskeletal cases.  She works closely with extended-scope practitioners and specialists to optimise her clients’ outcomes and achieve their personal goals.  Her expertise in providing on-field support for basketball and rugby teams has enhanced her ability to address sports-related injuries promptly and effectively.

 

In 2025, Joyce returned to Hong Kong, advancing her expertise by pursuing a Master’s in Chinese Medicine, specialising in acupuncture.

 

Outside of work, Joyce enjoys travelling, hiking, running, playing volleyball and basketball. She currently plays for a local volleyball team and seeks to run her first marathon in the future!
