Marathon is just few months ahead, anything runners should prepare before the race? First, do you experience pain either during or after your runs and which is interfering with your training schedule? If you do, keep on reading.

Do you experience any of these symptoms either during or after a run?

Some examples of biomechanical problems which can lead to pain in runners:

In your opinion, when you run, do you think any of these running styles could apply to you?

Do you

  • Over-stride

  • Rotate your shoulders excessively

  • Drop one hip

  • Have knock-knees

  • Have bow-legs

  • Wobble your head

  • Shrug your shoulders

  • Run on your toes

  • Bound high

  • Weight-bear unevenly (limp)

  • Slap your feet down hard
