4 Simple relief exercises for stiff neck & shoulders

 

How to get rid of a stiff neck & shoulder? These simple stretches can help relieve neck or shoulder pain, suitable for people who sit at a desk all day.

 

 

    1. Assisted Neck Side Flexion
      1. Tilt your head toward one shoulder. 
      2. Use your hand to gently pull your head further
        Shoulder stretch-Assisted Neck Side Flexion
    2. Assisted Neck Rotation

      • Turn your head to one side
      • Use your hand to gently push your head further
        Shoulder stretch-Assisted neck rotation
    3. Cross Body Stretch

      • Cross one arm to the opposite side
      • Lock it with another arm
        Shoulder stretch- Cross Body Stretch
    4. Tricep Stretch

      • Grasp your elbow with the other hand and push back and downShoulder stretch-TRicep stretch

 

 

*Hold for 30 secs on each side, 3 reps for the above stretches
