Languages spoken: English and basic French
Charlotte graduated with an honours degree in Physiotherapy from Brunel University in London. She worked predominantly in the National Health Service in the UK, gaining experience in all aspects of physiotherapy before specialising in post-operative orthopaedic and sports injury patients.
Charlotte has a special interest in treating lower limb pathology and rehabilitation, and enjoys the challenge of rehabilitating clients back to a competitive sporting level, managing the psychological as well as physical components. She believes strongly that a combination of manual therapy and personalised exercise prescription provides the most well rounded approach to therapy. Outside of the clinic, she completed a Pitchside Sports First Aid course and has worked as the club Physiotherapist at Mold Rugby Club in the UK.
Charlotte is active in a number of sports, from tennis to hockey and athletics. She has also been a keen horse rider since childhood, competing at a national level in Eventing recently. A keen runner, Charlotte completed a half marathon in 2015, with the full 42km distance next on her list!
