Benjamin grew up in Australia, and was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia in 2012. Having graduated as a physiotherapist, he decided to move back to Hong Kong wishing to have a greater understanding of his background culture and the integration of both Eastern and Western medicine.
Ben’s major interest is in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal problems, and sports injuries, having previously worked with Australian rules football clubs in an on-field and rehabilitation setting.
Since coming to Hong Kong Ben has gained his Diploma in Acupuncture through HKU SPACE. His current interests lie in integrating his understanding of Eastern medicine, in the form of acupuncture, with his Western physiotherapy experience, to offer a holistic approach to treatment and rehabilitation.
In his free-time, he enjoys indoor and outdoor rock climbing, practicing Wing Chun (Chinese Martial Art), trail running and hiking. Last year Ben was involved in the Oxfam Trailwalker - a 100km fundraiser race through the mountains of Hong Kong.
